Together with four friends, we founded (901) Healthy Eating Advocacy League - (901)HEAL

It is run by Memphis college and high school students. Eating right can benefit your health. By raising awareness and providing education about nutrition, we hope to empower people to make better food choices. Please help us by doing a food awareness survey.

Thank you.

Fall’s here, and everything looks awesome, the trees are all orange and gold, and our ducks are totally into it. They’ve been hanging out under the falling leaves like they’re having deep talks with the wind or something.

We Received 100% Positive Feedbacks

We’ve got 100% positive feedback on our eBay store. Here are a few reviews from our customers:

Running this small egg business isn’t easy. I have a small team, mostly just me handling everything. I’m a junior in high school, I work part-time as a lifeguard, and between school, work, packing and shipping every order, it gets exhausting. After all the costs, fees, donations, and trying to save for a summer research program that I’m really excited about, it feels like I’m barely making progress. Honestly, sometimes I want to quit.

But then I read the kind reviews people leave, when they say nice things about the eggs, the taste, the packaging and the prompt shipment... it reminds me why I started. I began this to give people fresh, healthy eggs and to do something meaningful - I want to support our veterans and invest in my education. Your support really does keep me going. Thank you.

And this particular review, made me laugh.

Haha, the bonus isn’t just the feather. Sometimes there’s a little poop too! Since we sell unwashed eggs, that’s how it is with fresh, natural eggs. Thanks for understanding!

New Additions to Our Flock!

Earlier this year, I adopted two ducklings from my school's hatching club and raised them over the summer. It's been such a fun and rewarding experience watching them grow!

Now that they're older, it's clear that I have one male and one female. The male has a darker head, more vibrant feathers, and is noticeably bigger in size. They're both quite shy but very sweet, and they're settling in nicely.

The female may start laying eggs soon, so there's a good chance we’ll have duck eggs in the near future—I'll be sure to keep you posted on that!

A Quick Note About Egg Freshness

We recently heard from a customer who said a few of their eggs had gone bad. We want to clear things up so you can get the best experience possible with our eggs.

We ship eggs that are super fresh, usually laid within the past week. But here’s something important to know: we don’t wash our eggs before shipping. That’s actually a good thing. Unwashed eggs still have their natural protective layer (called the bloom), which helps keep bacteria out and can make them last longer, especially when refrigerated. Some sources say they can last 3 to 6 months in the fridge.

What if the eggs look dirty?

Since we don’t wash the eggs, sometimes they might arrive with a bit of poop or dirt on them. It happens because chickens aren’t the cleanest animals. If that’s the case:

Gently rinse the eggs under running water. Don’t soak them in water.

Washed eggs must be stored in the fridge.

Thanks so much for supporting our farm, and feel free to reach out if you ever have questions!

Our baby goose is sleeping - so cute! We love raising happy, healthy animals. And happy animals make better, more nutritious eggs. Good nutrition plays a big role in your health. Eat well, stay well.

Welcome, Little Geese!

Out of five fertile eggs, three goslings hatched - and we’re so in love! We don’t know their genders yet, but we’re excited to watch them grow. Our goose family just got a little bigger! 💛

We Started Hatching Geese! 🥚🐣🪿

Goose eggs are some of the most wanted - and for good reason. This season, we decided it was time to expand our geese family and began our journey with six carefully selected eggs.

For the first 24 hours, we let the eggs rest and settle, no turning, just warmth and patience. On day 5, we began candling. It’s always exciting to see those first flickers of veins and movement, we could tell which eggs were fertile. Five out of six of our eggs are fertilized.

Egg Sales Are Back! You Can Buy Fresh, Unwashed Eggs from Us Again.

Hey, Egg Lovers!

Our young chickens have matured and started laying eggs! You can start buying eggs again here on our website or on our eBay store. Weekly pick up at Target's parking lot will resume next Saturday, March 15th.

Because everything is getting more expensive, I unfortunately need to raise the price of the eggs. But if you're going through a tough time, feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to offer a reduced price.

Also, a huge thanks to everyone who has left us such kind reviews! Your support means a lot to me, and I really appreciate it.

Egg Selling is Paused 🚫.

Hey, Egg Lovers!

I’ve got some bitter news to share. Due to hawks and some very bold predators, we’ve sadly lost almost all of our adult chickens and one of our geese. This means we won’t be able to hold our weekly egg deliveries locally for now. eBay store has been paused. 😔

But don’t worry, we’re not egg-noring you! Once our young hens are in full swing and laying up a storm again, we’ll be sure to let you know!

Thank you so much for your understanding and support. We’ll be back to cracking out eggs soon enough! 🐣🥚

Memphis’ First Snow of 2025! ❄️🌨️

Well, it’s snowing here in Memphis for the first time in 2025! Our geese are absolutely loving it. But I’m a little concerned it might get too cold for them, especially with temperatures dropping. Then I remembered... we do make those puffy coats from their feathers! Still, I’m wondering if they’ll need some little boots to keep their feet warm.

Their bright orange beaks and feet really pop against the white snow, though—they’re so pretty! And, of course, on top of all that beauty, they’ve been laying the most nutritious eggs. Our birds are truly special.

Goose eggs are in demand.

We have had my customer inquires about goose eggs. Our geese stop laying eggs in late May. They lay 60 - 80 eggs each year. They will lay eggs again next spring, maybe late February. If you are interested, please check again next year.

Turken is not related to Turkey

Turken, also known as the Naked Neck chicken, is my favorite breed! Despite its name, it’s not related to turkeys at all. This chicken has a genetic mutation that gives it a bare neck, creating a distinctive look. I love raising Turkens not only because they’re great layers, but also because of their friendly personalities. She’s always the first one to run to me every time I come outside, eager for attention and treats.
